To register an account with us (under any registration), you must certify that you are a resident of the United States. To register for some accounts, we even require users to provide evidence of your U.S. address and state of residence. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and State of Tennessee (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our Service, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Nashville, Tennessee, within one (1) year after the claim arises.
