• Subject to approval from the SWC, Action 24/7 reserve the right to change, remove or add any House Rules.
• Action 24/7 will keep a record of all point spreads, odds, final scores, and related betting proposition statistics to protect both the customer and sports book in case of mechanical or human error.
• Action 24/7 offers the following types of wagers, each with a $1.00 minimum bet:

o Moneyline / Fixed Odds
o Over-Under / Totals
o Parlay
o Teasers / Pleasers / Round Robins / Single Game Parlay (SGP)
o Proposition
o Futures
o Live / In-Game / In-Play
o Action Boost
• Pre-Determined Parlay – A Pre-Determined parlay is a parlay in which all the selections within the parlay are pre selected by Action 24/7 or its system, these selections are fixed. To with the parlay all selections in the Pre-Determined parlay must be correct.
• Action Boosts are pre-determined parlays.
•Single Game Parlay – A Single Game Parlay (SGP) is a parlay in which all selections are from the same event.
• Wagering options, other than in-play/live markets, will be available up until the official start time of the event. Minimum and maximum wager amounts will be determined by Action 24/7, including on a wager-by-wager basis.
• If Action 24/7 is forced to make a change (e.g. odds or proposition) to any previously made wager by a customer, Action 24/7 will immediately notify the customer using the contact information on the customer account. If any change in venue or time occurs from the originally scheduled venue or time, there will be “no action” and wagers will be fully refunded, unless otherwise specified.
• Straight bets that are settled as a “push” or deemed “no action” will be refunded, unless the selection is part of parlay or teaser bet, in which case parlay and teaser rules will apply.
• A parlay bet will be reduced to the next number of teams played if any of the games result in a betting tie (push), selection(s) become “no action,” void, or if any of the games are postponed.
• Parlays and moneyline parlays will be calculated using standard moneyline calculations.
• Single Game Parlay (SGP) – If a parlay leg within the SPG is cancelled, due to a push or injury, then the entire wager will be voided and your money returned.
• Action Boost – If a Parlay leg within the Action Boost is cancelled, due to a push, game cancellation or injury, then the entire wager will be voided, and your money returned.
• Teaser bets are governed by the same rules as parlay bets. The one exception is in the case of two team teasers. If one of the games results in a betting tie, there is “no action,” regardless of the result of the other selection.
• Wagers may be accepted at terms other than those displayed within these House Rules or as otherwise posted. Specific stipulations, if any, will be displayed within Action 24/7’s sports book. All payout calculations when grading wagers will be based on Decimal Odds, irrespective of any other format displayed/chosen at the time of placement.
• Teams must play all scheduled games in their respective regular season in order for all over/under season wins/points wagers to be considered “action.” For example, if Team A is scheduled to play 12 regular season games, and 1 game is cancelled due to any circumstance, all Team A season-long wagers become “no action,” regardless of any results up to the point of cancellation.
• Action 24/7 does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, or any other situation involving a subsequently disputed contest for wagering purposes.
• When a customer places a winning wager, Action 24/7 will automatically credit the customer’s account in the amount provided by the wager. The customer will be able to withdraw the funds in the account through any of the methods available on Action 24/7’s website.
• Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and confirmed.
• The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary. The podium position in Nascar and Grand Prix racing, the medal ceremony in athletics, and any similar official ceremony or presentation in other sports are to be treated as the official result.
• In the case of an abandoned event, all bets that have been decided prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events will be settled according to the decided outcome.
• Action 24/7 reserves the right to correct any Obvious Errors or void any wager offered or placed in Obvious Error. “Obvious Error” is defined as a human or technical error that results in a Licensee offering Wagers at terms, prices, or odds that are materially different from the general market or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event happening at the time the Wager was accepted. Obvious Errors include, but are not limited to, those wagers:
o accepted after the betting has closed, after the event started, or where the event was resolved;
o where event offerings contain incorrect participants;
o with odds materially different than those reflective of the general market;
o where a customer places same or similar wagers, or a clear and obvious error was made by a customer;
o on an unapproved sporting event or team;
o placed during technical problems that would otherwise have prevented the wager from being accepted; or
o, where there has been a significant development in the event prior to placement or purported placement at a point in time where a customer could have an indication of the outcome.
• Action 24/7 reserves the right to void any wager under the following conditions, and only if one or more of the conditions is met prior to the time that the outcome of the event is known:
o upon approval of the SWC or the SWC Executive Director;
o in the event that the wager was placed by a Prohibited Participant or a person outside of the State of Tennessee;
o in the case of Obvious Error, as specified in the House Rules; or
o in the case of a wager indicating Suspicious Wagering Activity, as defined in the Tennessee Sports Gaming License Rules, Regulations and Standards.
Sports Specific Rules
Australian Rules Football
1. Unless explicitly stated, should a match or else a specified period (ex. 1st Half, 3rd Quarter, etc.) end in a draw, all bets will be settled according to the so-called “dead-heat” rule. In such a case, the payout would be calculated after the odds are divided and then multiplied by the stake, irrespective of whether the net payout is lower than the authorized account holder’s stake.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all bets referring to matches will be settled with the result at the end of 4th Quarter (normal time).
3. All bets referring to player performance, as well as “Head to Head” and “Over/Under” bets involving one or more players’ performances in a single match/event, are considered valid given that the specified players play from the start of the match.
4. First Goal scorer in the match/1st Quarter – Stakes will be refunded on players who are not in the starting 21. Bets on First Goal scorer in the match do not require the goal to be scored in the 1st Quarter. Should no goal be scored in the listed period all bets will be settled as void. In the 2nd, 3rd or 4th Quarter – All bets stand irrespective of the player’s participation (or lack thereof) in the listed Quarter and the match. Should no goal be scored in the listed quarter, all bets will be settled as void.
5. “Wire-to-Wire” betting refers to which team (if any) is leading the match at the end of each quarter.
6. Should any replay/extra matches be required to determine any position in the classification, league winners, etc., the outcomes deriving from these replays/extra matches will be used for the settlement of the respective bet offer.
7. For match betting on a Grand Final, the betting is specific to the upcoming match to be played, or the current match, in the case of live betting. Bets will not carry over to any replay and a new market will be added for any subsequent matches.
8. When settling offers which relate to the performances of two or more individuals/teams over a stipulated time frame/competition, stages of elimination within the “Finals” will count for the settlement. Should two teams be eliminated at the same stage, the team that finished highest on the AFL ladder at the conclusion of the Regular Season will be considered as having achieved a better position.
9. All bets stand, regardless of change of venue.
Baseball
1. Baseball wagers are accepted in the following manner:
a. “Action” – Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher; bet is “action” once the first pitch is thrown.
b. One specified pitcher – A wager on or against a specified pitcher, regardless of the other pitcher starting. The specified pitcher must start or the wager is considered “no action.”
c. Both specified pitchers – A wager that specifies both starting pitchers. Any variation constitutes “no action” and the wager will be refunded.
d. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time then all bets are deemed "no action".
2. For first inning wagers, the first inning must be fully completed for there to be “action.” There will be “action” regardless of a change in the originally scheduled starting pitchers.
3. Total and run line wagers will be considered “action” if 9 full innings are completed, or if 8 ½ innings are completed and the home team is winning.
4. Total and run line wagers will be considered “no action” in the event of any pitching change prior to the start of a baseball game.
5. All wagers on first 5 innings will be decided on the score at the end of 5 full innings. Once 5 full innings have been completed, all wagers on first 5 innings will stand.
6. On all first 5 innings wagers, original listed pitchers must start. Any off-pitcher deems the wager “no action.”
7. The result of the game is official after 5 innings or if the home team is winning after 4 ½ innings.
a. If a game is cancelled or suspended after 5 innings, the winner is determined by the score
after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).
8. If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the total and run line wagers will be determined by the completion of the last complete full inning. (Unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called).
9. If the Mercy Rule is enforced for a game, it will be deemed a completed game. The result of the Mercy Rule will be used as an official result for bet settlement.
10. For Pre-match player prop markets (for both Pitcher and Position Players), Player must be in the official starting lineup.
11. For In-Game props, wagers on a batting market would be voided if there is a pitching change prior to the player’s plate appearance after the bet was placed.
Basketball
1. For wagering purposes, a game is official after:
a. NBA basketball: 43 minutes of play
b. College basketball: 35 minutes of play
2. All games must be played on the date and location specified. If a game is postponed and/or rescheduled, wagers will be considered “no action” unless otherwise specified.
3. When wagering on totals and halftime markets, overtime periods are counted in the final score.
4. Any wager on the 4th quarter does not include any overtime that may occur.
5. Future wagers are considered “action” as long as a winner is officially declared, regardless of event/team relocation, rained out events, season length, etc. unless otherwise specified.
Boxing/MMA
1. All matches must be played on the date and location specified. If match is postponed or rescheduled, wagers will be considered “no action” unless otherwise specified on the wagering sheets or odds boards.
2. For wagering purposes, matches are considered “action,” regardless of scheduled length, once the bell (buzzer, etc.) sounds, signifying the start of the opening round.
3. A full round is defined as one in which the bell (buzzer, etc.) sounds, signifying the conclusion of said round.
a. If a fighter is counted out or the bout is officially stopped prior to the next bell (buzzer, etc.), the round is not considered for wagering purposes.
b. A half round is defined as the scheduled round length divided by two. For example, 1:30 into the 5th round of a 3 minute per round fight is considered 4 ½ rounds for wagering purposes.
c. If the fight ends exactly half way through the round, the “over” will be considered the winner.
4. All wagers are considered “action” regardless of any changes in weight class, scheduled length of the bout, or championship sanction, unless otherwise specified.
5. If no winner is declared, all wagers are considered “no action,” unless otherwise specified.
6. In the event of a draw, wagers on who will win are “no action” and wagers will be refunded.
7. Three-way money line: The draw option of the wager is considered a winner if the bout is considered a draw at the conclusion of the fight. Each is a separate wagering interest. Wagers on either fighter in this scenario are considered a loss.
8. K.O. includes knockout, technical knockouts, and disqualifications. A win by submission in MMA is not considered a knockout or technical knockout.
Bull Riding
1. For event odds to win, rider must attempt at least one ride in the event for “action.”
2. For rider matchups, the rider with the higher total points in the event wins the matchup. If neither rider in the matchup accrues any points in the event, then that matchup is deemed “no action.”
3. For event odds to win and rider matchups, the event must be completed within one week of the scheduled start of the event for “action,” or else all bets are refunded.
4. The site pbr.com will be used in the determination of all of the results.
Cricket
1. General Rules
a. If a match is curtailed through external factors and there is no further play, bets placed on any in-play market once play has been curtailed will be void (except bets placed on match betting).
b. If a match is cancelled before any play has taken place, then all bets will be void, unless the match is replayed within 48 hours of its advertised start time (in which case the bets will stand).
c. If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
2. General Settlement
a. All tournament and match markets will be settled on the basis of the official tournament results/match scorecards which are included on the ICC’s official website. If there is no result available, then the website www.cricinfo.com will be used for settlement purposes.
b. A batsman that retires from an innings will not be considered as a wicket for settlement purposes.
c. The term “innings reaching its natural conclusion” refers to an innings which has not been closed due to external factors such as rain or bad light. A team being bowled out or declaring is considered to constitute the natural conclusion of an innings.
d. If the concussion rule is activated while a player is batting, all markets relating to that player will be settled based on that player being 'retired hurt’. If the concussion rule is activated prior to that player batting or bowling, they will be void from relevant markets.
3. Limited Overs Matches
a. Match bets will be settled according to the winner as determined by official competition rules (including where matches are shortened due to adverse weather conditions or are decided by a bowl off) unless the winner is determined by the toss of a coin or the drawing of lots (in which case all match bets will be void).
b. If a match is tied and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, bets on the outright result will be void unless the outcome is settled by a bowl off or super over (in which case the result of the bowl off or super over will stand for match betting). If the competition rules determine the winner by the toss of a coin, drawing of lots or higher seeding resulting from a previous round, then bets will be void.
4. Test Matches
a. If a match is abandoned due to weather before a ball has been bowled, then all bets will be void.
b. If a match is tied or abandoned for any reason other than weather, then bets on the outright result will be void.
c. If a match for which we did not offer a price for the draw ends in a draw, then bets on the match result will be void.
d. If either side forfeits their first innings, then all bets specifically relating to the first innings will be void.
5. Series Betting
a. When the full number of scheduled matches is not played, we reserve the right to void any specialty markets which relate to the series as a whole.
b. If a series for which we did not offer a price for the draw ends in a draw, then bets on the series result will be void.
6. Team Total Runs
a. If a team’s innings in a test match or county championship match lasts less than sixty overs due to external factors, then bets on this market will be void. This does not apply if the innings has reached its natural conclusion.
b. For limited overs matches, this market will be settled on the final score achieved by the batting side including any extras or penalty runs awarded during the innings. Should there be a reduction in the scheduled overs, then settlement will still apply provided the reduction is no more than 20% of the entire innings allocation at the time the bet was placed (including any overs the team has already faced). Should the reduction be greater than 20%, then all bets shall be void regardless of the final total made by the team. If a team is due to face less than 10 overs, then all bets will be void should there be any reduction in overs whatsoever.
c. In matches for which we offer betting on the Team Total Runs for both teams, all bets placed on the second innings runs will stand regardless of the score achieved by the side batting first, provided neither team’s innings is reduced by more than 20% of the entire innings allocation (including any overs already bowled when the bet was placed).
7. Top Team Batsman / Runscorer (Series)
a. All in play or not (i.e. if a player does not take part in the series, bets placed on that player will stand).
b. If two or more players score the same number of runs, then dead heat rules will apply.
8. Top Team Batsman / Runscorer (Match)
a. In a 2-innings match (test match or county championship), this market applies to the first innings only, unless otherwise stated.
b. Depending on the type of match, unless stated otherwise, the following minimum number of overs must be bowled in the applicable team’s innings for bets to stand:
1. Test Matches: 50 overs
2. County Championship: 50 overs
3. 50 over match: 25 overs
4. 40 over match: 20 overs
5. 20 over match: 10 overs
c. In all cases, however, bets will stand if the innings reaches its natural conclusion in less than the above requirement. Bets placed on any player not named in the starting eleven are void.
d. Players named in the starting eleven that do not bat are deemed to have taken part and bets on any such players will be settled as losing bets.
e. If two or more players score the same number of runs then dead heat rules will apply.
f. For limited overs matches, should the winner already be unequivocally decided even if the innings were to be played out to its natural conclusion, the market will be settled as normal despite any reduction.
9.Top Team Bowler / Wicket Taker (Series/Tournament)
a. All in play or not (i.e. if a player does not take part in the series/tournament, bets placed on that player will stand).
b. If two or more players take the same number of wickets, dead heat rules will apply. If no wickets are taken then the market will be voided.
10. Top Team Bowler / Wicket Taker (Match)
5. 20 over match: 15 overs
c. In all cases, however, bets will stand if the innings reaches its natural conclusion in less than the above requirement. Bets placed on any player not named in the starting eleven are void.
d. Players named in the starting eleven that do not bowl are deemed to have taken part, and bets on any such players will be settled as losing bets.
e. If two or more players take the same number of wickets, dead heat rules will apply. If no wickets are taken, then the market will be voided.
11. Batsman Match Bets
a. Unless otherwise stated, these markets will be settled on the number of runs scored in the first innings of a match only.
b. If any of the players named in the market do not bat, then the market will be void.
c. Dead heat rules will apply if two or more of the named batsmen score the same number of runs (such number of runs being higher than the number of runs scored by each other batsman named in the market).
12. Bowler Match Bets / Trios / Threesomes
a. Unless otherwise stated, these markets will be settled based on the number of wickets taken in the first innings of a match only.
b. In the event of players taking the same number of wickets where there was no draw price offered, dead heat rules will apply.
c. All participants in the match bet must bowl at least one ball for bets to stand.
13. Player Runs / Player Alternate Runs / Player Fours / Player Sixes / Player to score 50/100
a. If the batsman finishes the innings not out as a result of a declaration, the team reaching the end of its allotted overs or the team reaching its target, the player’s “not out” score will count for settlement purposes.
b. If a batsman does not bat, bets on that batsman will be void.
c. If a batsman is not in the starting 11, bets on that batsman will be void.
d. If a batsman retires hurt but returns later, the total runs scored by that batsman in the innings will count for settlement purposes. If the batsman does not return later, the final result, for settlement purposes, will be as it stood when the batsman retired.
e. In limited overs matches, bets on these markets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors (including bad weather) unless, at the time of the completion of the innings, the outcome of the bet had already been unequivocally determined.
14. Number of Runs in a Session
a. The result of this market is determined by the total number of runs scored in the course of the session regardless of which team(s) has/have scored the runs (i.e. if there is a change of innings during the session, then the result will be determined by the combined number of runs scored, during the session, in both innings).
b. There are 3 sessions per day in test cricket. The first session is from the start of play in the morning until lunch is called. The second session is from lunch until tea is called. The third session is from tea until the close of play. If fewer than 20 overs are bowled in any particular session, then bets on the number of runs scored in that session will be void.
c. Extras (wides, no-balls, byes and leg byes) do count towards the number of runs scored.
15. Number of Wickets in a Session
a. This market will be settled based on the total number of wickets lost in the session (regardless of which team loses them). If fewer than 20 overs are bowled in the session, then all bets on the market will be void. Players retiring (e.g. because they are hurt) do not count as wickets.
16. Runs in a Specified Number of Overs (e.g. 1st 15 Overs)
a. The full number of specified overs must be played for bets to stand (unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion or further play could not, were it to occur, affect the result).
b. Any change in fielding restrictions due to a reduction in scheduled overs will not affect the settlement of this market.
17. Highest Score First 5/10/15 Overs
a. If either team’s innings in a limited overs match is reduced due to external factors, then bets on this market will be void unless the result was already unequivocally determined before any reduction in overs was announced.
b. Bets will stand if the innings is shortened due to it reaching its natural conclusion. In a two-innings match this market only applies to the first innings unless stated otherwise. In the event of a tie where we did not offer a “tie” or “draw” selection, all bets will be settled as a dead heat.
18. Highest Opening Partnership
a. If either team’s innings is shortened after the commencement of play, then all bets on this market will be void, unless the result has already been unequivocally determined before the reduction in overs.
b. In a two-innings match, this market only applies to the first innings unless stated otherwise. In the event of a tie then the tie selection is the winner and all other bets are losers. If we do not offer a “tie” or “draw” selection, then all bets will be settled as a dead heat. In the event of a batsman retiring hurt (or otherwise voluntarily for any other reason), this market will be settled according to the score when the first wicket falls.
19. Next Man Out
a. Should no further wickets be taken in the innings, then bets on this market will be void.
b. If either of the batsmen retires hurt, then bets on this market will be void and a new market will be made.
20. Team to hit the most sixes
a. If either team’s innings in a limited overs match is reduced by more than 20% of the original allocation of overs, then all bets on this market will be void regardless of how many sixes are hit prior to, or after, any announced reduction in overs.
b. Bets will stand if either innings is shortened due to it reaching its natural conclusion.
21. Super Over/Any additional overs above the allotted amount
a. In a limited overs competition which employs a super over (or other such similar initiative) to determine the winner of a match in the event of a tie, runs scored in the super over are not included in the settlement of any runscorer or wicket taker markets (e.g. Batsmen Total Runs, Team Total Runs, Top Team Runscorer, Batsmen match bets, Top Team Bowler).
b. In addition, any sixes hit in a super over will not be included in the settlement of “Team to score most sixes” and “Total number of sixes” markets.
22. Next Over: Over/Under Runs/Run Margins
a. This market will be settled based on the total number of runs achieved in the over (including any extras awarded).
b. In the event of an over not being completed, all bets on that particular index shall be void. This does not apply if the innings reaches its natural conclusion.
23. Four/Six in x Over
a. Bets in this market will be settled where a boundary (four or six) is hit in the named over. The runs must come off the bat. Players running four/six and/or extras do not count for this market.
24. Over/Under Total Match Sixes/Fours
a. If either team’s innings in a limited overs match is reduced by more than 20% of the original allocation of overs, then all bets on this market shall be void regardless of how many sixes/fours are hit prior to, or after, any announced reduction in overs.
