How do I place a bet?
All you need to get started is an Action247 account. Go to the Action247 website from your browser or download the Action247 app on iOS or Android, create your account, make a deposit and you are ready to go.

What betting odds and lines are displayed?
At Action247, we will use combinations of moneyline, spread, over/under, result, 2-way and prop bets for each bet.

What browsers are compatible?
Compatible browsers are Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Opera.

Is there a deadline to placing bets on a game or event?
Once the game begins you cannot place any pre-game bets. You now must place in-game bets and the odds will change massively doing so.

How do I know if I won my bet?
Immediately after the game is finished your earnings will appear in your wallet increasing the amount or your wallet amount will be decreased if you lost your bet.

Can I make wagers on things other than Sports?
Anything bets listed on our website or app have been approved by the State of Tennessee.

What is a parlay bet?
A parlay bet is a single bet that links together two or more individual wagers and is dependent on all of those wagers winning. A parlay bet offers higher payoffs than placing each individual bet separately.

What is a 'Moneyline' bet?
A Moneyline bet is simply who you think will win the game. Moneyline wagers have odds attached to both the favorite and the underdog.

What is a Teaser?
A teaser is a bet on multiple point spreads or totals where the line is bought or 'teased' down in exchange for a lower payout. Teasers are available on basketball and football.

Can I parlay any betting option?
Options that are too closely correlated are deemed unavailable for parlays. You will see an error message on the screen when this occurs.

Where can I find Player Props?
Player Props can be found by visiting any individual league page and navigating to the Player Props tab, or by selecting an individual event and scrolling through all odds for that game.

What does OTB stand for?
Off the Board means that a bookmaker is not currently accepting bets on a particular game.

Why can't I find Futures bets?
Futures bets are offered as frequently as possible. Occasionally, while games are going on, these bets are taken down as the odds are being adjusted.

Why does my bet result say voided?
Void bet can occur in a number of situations and when your bet is void that means that your stake will be returned, that is you won't win any money but you won't lose it either

How do payouts work?
When players are ready to withdraw funds, simply go to your player account, select withdrawal and choose your method of withdrawal. There are three ways to make your withdrawal:

• Bank Account - Make withdrawals directly to your checking account. To use this you must have a valid checking account. This typically takes one business day.

Can I make deposits or withdrawals in a state that does not permit sports gambling?
Yes, you can still make a deposit or withdraw your funds in a state that does not allow sports gambling. However, you will not be able to make a real money bet outside of Tennessee.

How long do withdrawals take?
Depending on the method chosen to make a withdrawal will depend on the amount of time. Please see ‘How do payouts work?’ above.

Account Management
Where are my winnings posted?
You can find your winnings in your transaction history on your 'My Account’ page.

Where can I make a bet?
You can only make a bet in Tennessee. Your account will be restricted from making a bet if you are physically located outside of Tennessee.

Why do I have to provide my social security number?
Federal and state laws require us to verify identity and age. We have to adhere to anti-money laundering protocols and record name, address, SSN among other important information.

Can I permanently close my account at any time?
If you decide to close your account at any time for any reason, we will be able to assist you, please contact us directly for assistance.

How do I set limits on my account?
You will click on the Green Profile Icon on the top-right of your screen, then select My Account. Find the Responsible Gaming section on the top right side of the pop up. Here you can change deposit, spending (bets) and time limits.

Can I cancel a bet after placing?
Per our terms and conditions, you will not be able to cancel a wager once placed through our services. If you have any further questions regarding a specific wager, please contact our team.

After placing your bet there is a “cashout” option to the far right. There you will find your bet(s) and can decide to cash out. However, the cash out amount will be less than the initial stake. Once the game has started you cannot pull your bet.

What happens if I placed a bet on a game or event that later is cancelled or postponed?
All bets will stand if a game is suspended and continues to a conclusion the following day (local time).
Moneyline bets will be voided, and those funds returned to you should your MLB Game be suspended prior to the game completing 5 innings (4.5 if the home team is leading).
Run line, Total Runs, and Player Prop bets will be voided and refunded to you if your MLB game is suspended prior to the game completing 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is leading).
Bets that have already been determined to be winners will stand.
For example: a bet on a player to hit a Home Run and he does so prior to the game being suspended, it stands as a winner regardless of if the game is suspended later.
As always, any promotion is paid out within 72 hours, and you can confirm your refund in your Account History.

How is my account protected?
All Action247 confidential information is safeguarded by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), as represented by the padlock visible on your browser’s address tab. This ensures the security of all private information provided by the website. We encrypt all our private customer information, available to our staff only when pertinent.

Can I set up multiple accounts?
Action247 prohibits users from opening more than one account. If for some reason you forget your password you can reset it. If you forget your username or email used to register please contact contact@Action247.com and an agent will be happy to assist you with retrieving that information. Please note: if the same individual sets up multiple accounts, Action247 will deactivate all accounts except one, and any potential winnings may not be honored from all accounts. Any accounts that are set up illegitimately will be deactivated and winnings will not be honored.

What information is needed to create an account?
What you will need is a username, email, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your social security number, street address, city, and zip code. A mobile number and reward card number are optional. Geolocation What happens if I leave Tennessee in the middle of a game session?
If you leave Tennessee during your session, you will no longer be eligible to continue playing and your session will be terminated. You will be permitted to play again once you return within the Tennessee borders and we are able to verify your location.

What happens if I am being incorrectly located outside of my state (PC/Mac)?
If you believe that you are within state borders and you are being restricted from playing for real money on a desktop or laptop computer, there may be an issue with locating you via Wi-Fi. Check to make sure that you have your computer’s Wi-Fi signal/capability turned on. If your computer is not equipped with Wi-Fi, it likely you will not be able to access real money games. What happens if I leave Tennessee after I have placed a bet that has not yet resulted?
As long as you placed a bet in the state of Tennessee your bet will result as normal.

Why do I have to download the Geocomply plugin?
Due to state law, Action 247 must ensure you are physically located where Online Sports Betting is legal. These regulations require the Geocomply plugin to be used in order to pinpoint your location using your wireless internet connection.
